The sensor module light is adaptable to the environment, with a working voltage of 3.3 V to 5 V. It has a pair of infrared transmitting and receiving tubes when detecting directions that meet with obstacles (reflecting surface), and reflected infrared receiving by the tube. After the comparator circuit processing, the green indicator will light up, at the same time the signal output interface output a digital signal (a low-level signal), which can adjust the detection distance through the potentiometer knob, effective distance range of 2 ~ 30 cm, easy to assemble and use. So it can be widely used in robot obstacle avoidance, obstacle avoidance cars, line count, and so on many occasions.
